Dr Chené Swart has more than 10 years experience in the field of Training, Programme Development, Therapy, Coaching and Facilitating. She obtained a Masters and Doctoral Degree in Narrative Therapy from the University of South Africa. She has designed, developed and presented training and development programmes in the field of Employee wellness, Leadership, Narrative therapy and Teambuilding.

She also delivered a presentation on Public and Private Partnerships at a Multi-Stakeholder Forum sponsored by the GTZ, International Business Leaders Forum, UNISA-Centre for Corporate citizenship and the National Business Initiative.

Her passion lies in developmental work - specifically in the fields of organisational development, leadership, diversity, transformation, and personal identity development. She has consulted to companies such as ABSA; Momentum; JAC; JOMO; Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GTZ); Heartbeat: Centre for Community Development; The South African School of Paralegal Studies & CPA.
