NARRATIVE LEADERSHIP
Workshop intention
The workshop invites leaders into narrative competence not only of their own story and experience but also using these skills within the teams, communities and organizations that they represent. The workshop aims to include all the voices and expertise in the room to co-construct a new future and story about leadership. Everyone in a leadership position or working with leaders would therefore find this workshop meaningful.
After participants have experienced the basic flow of the process of the Narrative ideas in the level 1 workshop, this workshop focuses particularly on the implications for leadership. Leaders will be invited to work with their preferred leadership narrative and experience the art of co-writing an alternative narrative within their teams, movements, communities and organizations.
