Level 1:
Introduction into Narrative practices (2 days)
One-day workshops:

Level 2:
Two-day training in:
• Narrative Coaching
• Narrative Consulting
• Narrative Leadership
Level 3:
Three-day training workshops for practitioners who want to be certified to present the Level 1 and 2 workshops as well as the one-day workshops.
How to become part of the journey
Attending these workshops will enable participants to present the Narrative ideas as applied to various contexts. These interactive learning journeys provide participants with the skills to practice the Narrative work and an opportunity to connect with a community of practice around these ideas.
Level 1
The level 1 Introduction workshop serves as an entry point into the Narrative ideas. Through the first-hand experience of the Narrative practices, ideas and processes in the participants’ own life/work story, the foundation and basis for the various level 2 workshops is established. Participants cannot attend level 2 and 3 workshops unless they are familiar with the process and ideas as presented in level 1.
After participants have experienced the introductory workshop in the Narrative practices there are additional one-day workshops available that focus on specific themes such as team building, diversity work, conflict and empowerment.
If there is a group with a particular need to experience the Narrative ideas within their context (coaches, consultants, leaders, a community/team, visual artists etc.) the level 1 workshop will incorporate the need and focus of the group. In these kinds of focused workshops some of the elements of the level 2 workshop will also be featured.
Level 2
After participants have completed the level 2 workshop, they will be able to enter a Community of practice of the Narrative ideas in their field of interest. This workshop will enable participants to use these ideas in the field chosen and also understand the philosophical underpinnings of the work.
Level 3
After participants have been working with and applying the Narrative ideas within their unique gifting and contexts, they will have the opportunity to become part of the level 3 training group. Completing the level 3 training workshops mean that participants will be able to present level 1 or level 2 workshops. Participants then become collaborators in re-authoring our world through this community of Narrative practitioners.
